Booking Details

To book a package, please follow the instructions stated below.

        1. Please choose a specific package as indicated on our website based on your preferred Philippine destination or adventure and the number of persons in your group. You may also request for a customized package by sending an inquiry form.
        2. Upon finalizing your package, please send an email to: ephilippines@gmail.com, or click the “Book now” button and fill up all the requested information.
        3. After receipt of your website form, one of our destinations specialists will contact you to finalize your tour package.
        4. Once all details have been settled, please reply to the email that you would like to confirm and book the tour package.
          We will then send a confirmation of the package with payment instructions via email.
          ***Please take note of the deadline date for payment. Otherwise, booking will be automatically canceled.
          ***Please refer below for our various payment channels.
        5. We require at least a 50% down payment for booking/confirmation with the balance to be paid upon receipt of the tour voucher. For bookings less than 7 working days, full payment will be required.
        6. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the following, (1) an e-Philippines Adventure Travel Voucher, (2) a detailed trip itinerary (if required), and (3) Airline tickets (if required). We require at least a 50% down payment for booking/confirmation with the balance to be paid upon receipt of the tour voucher. For bookings less than 7 working days, full payment will be required.
