Enhanced trip using e-Philippines

E-Philippines services and were extremely helpful for our family. They provided drivers, tour guides, hotel recommendations and bookings, flights, and restaurants reservations and recommendations. Everyone was professional and helpful in Manila, Bataan, and El Nido. Russell was good with communication via email prior to our trip and communicated continuously with WhatsApp while we were in county. It eased our minds!
My only complaint is I wanted to be sure of all services being provided prior to payment and had to ask for this a couple of times. I wanted to be clear on everything we were receiving for our money. This may be a cultural difference but I still wanted to be sure since we were a group of 7 and things could get chaotic pretty quickly without clear organization and itinerary up front.
This was our second time using this company and not only would I highly recommend e-Philippines to others, but I would use them again in the future! Our trip was better because of their services!
